Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Dealing with anxiety, depression, or just not knowing how to feel happy? Therapy can be an effective tool to provide clarity for individual struggles and gain valuable insight on how to tackle those struggles. Results from EMDR can be seen in a few sessions, without the use of medication, and can be achieved with little talking during the session.
Christian counseling and secular counseling share some similar views; to help people overcome their problems, find joy, purpose, and meaning in life, and to guide in becoming well-adjusted individuals, both mentally and emotionally. Christian counseling utilizes the Bible and prayer as a guide and reference during the counseling process. Any counseling service can incorporate faith-based counseling upon request.
