Your mental health is an investment, in time, money and commitment. We are committed in walking beside you during this counseling journey. The session fees run between $130-$200 for LPC sessions and $90-$100 for LPC Associate sessions and $40 for Student Counselor sessions.
  • How long are the sessions?
Session lengths range from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. 80 minute sessions can be scheduled upon request and for an additional fee.
  • What are your hours?
Session times are available Monday-Friday, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, please contact us at 469-502-6873 for a free 15-minute phone consultation
  • What does the first session look like?
The first session is considered an intake session and provides a chance for you to address any concerns or issues that have led you to seeking counseling. During this intake session you give history about yourself and family that has helped shape who you are. For teen clients, parents are asked to attend the intake session. During this session you will determine treatment goals and frequency of follow-up sessions with the guidance of the therapist.
  • Do you accept insurance?
We do accept some insurance plans. We also accept private pay which means our clients pay us out of pocket. LPC Associates and Student Counselors do not accept insurance but do accept private pay. At any time, you can request an itemized “superbill” to submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if covered. LPC Associates can provide a "superbill" as well but it may or may not be covered. Please check with your insurance provider before submitting "superbills."
  • What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Session fees will be charged for cancellations made less than a 24-hour notice and for no shows. Please note that insurance companies will not reimburse you for missed session fees.
